More Frogs

Craig heard the call of the wild last night so went out looking for it. he found it! A small brown frog, Not as cute as the green ones but he does have pretty patterns on his back

And he was ever so accommodating, letting Craig get really close and take his pics. i guess the word is out in frogland and he wants to be a star.

Kermit the great

The Adventures of a little green frog.........not made of felt....but Kermitty just the same.

Kermit eyes the surroundings to be sure it is safe he comes out for the night's hunt for bugs. Yup....lots of bugs........but whose the Galah with the camera?
I'll just wait and see if he flies away.
in the meantime I will let the girls know I am on my way.
And I'm off to the races.........
Hallooooooooooooooooooo out there? anyone around?
I am starting to feel a little paranoid....I have to lose this guy with the camera.
As I climb my way up Mount Chair.........I think I should change my name to hmmmmmmmm.....no nothing's better than Flippy. On the look out for girls and bugs....not necessarily in that order.
I think I look pretty cute.....where are the chicks......um....no they peck too hard.......I meant the girls.
Still here and waiting, unfortunately....hey, you with the camera....you're cramping my style.

No, it may be Sunday but we have not croaked yet...

We are now onto some of my favourite little wild things here at the farm. The scientists say that if there are frogs around then the ecosystem is healthy. Well our must be very very healthy as we have frogs everywhere. I just love their little suction cup fingers and toes and the perspetual smile they seem to have on there faces. And they can just blend into the background as you will see in the next couple of shots.

Now you see him.........

now you don't.
So Flippy...what do you think? How can we get by this fencing?
Who needs to get past it.....I'll just hang around the call and the girls will come to me.
Craig brought them in for me to see........and they wanted to see the kitchen.
So.......when can we move in???
We like to just hang around.
Tadpoles in our water feature.
Glub
Hanging self watering plants are the favourite homes of 2 of our frogs.
